My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small, were spotlessly clean and comfortable, but the heat made it uncomfortable during the night. Despite being slightly dated, they were quite comfy and spacious. However, there was a noticeable stinky smell in the room.

The service was fantastic, with everyone from the front desk to housekeeping being extremely helpful and polite. The staff, in general, were pleasant, helpful, and cheery. Additionally, a nice breakfast was served until 10 am every morning.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being on Schillerstrasse and a short walk from both the train station and the metro station at Sendlinger Tor. However, there was disarray due to the massive reconstruction of the main station, and the area around the hotel got noisy at night with bars and partying people.

The hotel rooms are much more spacious than they appear in the pics and extremely clean. The staff is a real asset with their pleasant and helpful service. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the city center. The dining experience is wonderful with delicious coffee and a wide selection.
